We have three ongoing financial needs:

There are still work projects that need to be finished at the new house. The most pressing is to replace asbestos-coated 100 year old boilers in the basement (which could cost us over $6000).
We also need ongoing financial support. You may also designate gifts for the general operations (which goes to ongoing costs of hospitality, some basic utilities, and outreach costs).
We currently have two part time staff (Mark and Zed) who depend upon donors for part time income (at about $1000/month each). We’d like to increase Zed’s income to full time.
